Today the concept of a curated collection is pretty common in popular apps, but in real estate, Trulia was the first to do it. The algorithm to group homes by themes is backed by the data science and geo teams, and showing crime and school info was one of Trulia's distinguishing tools. But it was not represented in the bite-size, edited way that it is today, and I was part of a team to introduce a new way to find homes besides searching and finding results on a map.

1. The first step in the path to getting to the above was an exploration on a concept of a feed that centered around a neighborhood
2. User testing showed that people were overwhelmed by the options and information. They also wanted to see more homes. The next iteration evolved into a "3-up card" that showed a grouping of homes for an area.
